This
Volume explores the life and style of the people
living in Murray, Kentucky from1892 to date. It's a
story about young Nathan B. Stubblefield, Murray's
inhabitants, and the students and professors that
attended "Teléph-on-délgreen" -- now
Murray State University.
Historical
documentary footage and photographs used in this
NBS series, are part of the NBS100 collection,
provided by Troy Cory-Stubblefield, the grandson of
Nathan. They include programs produced by Terry
Bulger, NBC, Nashville, Dr. Raymond Mofield, Jim
Johnson, and radio/television station, WNBS,
Murray, Kentucky, and the Troy Cory Show. This DVD
brings to the viewer, dazzling, and spectacular
stories about the Smart-Daaf Boys, NBC, NBS
Wireless, and their investment stock dealings that
read like the Dot Com, Communication Act bubble
that ended in the 2000s.
This
DVD was specially edited in short 3 to 5 minute
segments, for Webcast telecasting. It blends U.S.
Civil War history with Troy's early day
music/variety shows produced at Warner Bros.,
Burbank, California -- with his latest China
ventures. "Tambourine and Four Dancing Girls", "If
I Only Knew", "Easy Loven'", and "Move To The
Hills" - are some of the songs depicting the life
style and times of the Stubblefield Family of
Kentucky.
