VIDEO RECORD
ALBUMS, (VRA) hereby GRANTS
permission to purchaser -- TO BROADCAST
the VRA TelePlay Television program, (TV
PROGRAM) -- royalty free (via Television,
Radio, or Computer Webcast transmission.)
-- for a period not to exceed one year
from date of purchase, for just the cost
of the certified Video CD / DVD Disk. Said
(TV PROGRAM) in the MPEG DVD or VIDEO CD
format , must have a L# beginning with a
#27. Purchaser may make one copy of said
TV Program for backup purposes only. The
Backup copy and each Broadcast, must
include all copyright information and
advertising contained on the certified
Video Record Album. To Activate you must
register the serial number (L#) herein
within 30 days of purchase.
Simply
send by Email or FAX --
1) Date
of Purchase;
2) Receipt;
3) Serial L# (see License Number below VRA
Logo on back DVD cover, or License # DVD
Disk); and
4) TV Program Title ID. Offer Expires:
12/31/2006.

regards to +RW or DVD+RW technology +RW,
it is part of the VRA Compatible Format
created and authorized by the
VRA
PeerGroup.
Likewise, although strikingly similar in
appearance to the VRA Video CD, there is
no DVD Format called DVD+RW or +RW among
the DVD Formats.
Those
involved in the DVD, Video CD market
should be advised that there is a VRA Logo
for +RW or DVD+RW products authorized and
approved by the VRA PeerGroup. There is
now a Verification Process for +RW or
DVD+RW products authorized by the VRA
PeerGroup. There is also a Verification
Laboratory authorized by the VRA PeerGroup
to test +RW or DVD+RW products, and a
reliable Test Specifications for +RW or
DVD+RW products authorized by the VRA
PeerGroup and available at VRA
Logo/Use.
You
Can Now Become Signatory to -
The
VRA PeerGroup Licensing Group, (VRA). When
you become a VRA Peer Group member, VRA
will accept and respond to any inquiry,
questions. The affiliate member, (a member
displaying the VRA Logo) -- will be
granted a license regarding the +RW or
DVD+RW technology, without the inquirer
joining the VRA PeerGroup.
VRA's
"SmartClips,"
a collection of anecdotes published by TVI
Magazine, represents the guarantees and
state the quality or appropriateness of
the Video CD technology -- now available.
"SmartClips" gives the VRA affiliate and
idea of the economic develops beyond what
statistics and "watchdog" groups report.

Logo not only guarantees the compatibility
between the products employing the VRA
PeerGroup-approved VRA Formats, but
guarantees the consumer that the contents
within the certified VRA disc -- is not
bootlegged. Each disk has a serialized
number that is recorded in our data
base.
VRA
will guarantee the compatibility between
the products employing the VRA
PeerGroup-approved VRA Formats and the
products employing the +RW or DVD+RW
technology -- whenever the Peer group is
given the opportunity to do its own
testing.
Most
consumer and "watchdog" groups will
putting more weight than usual on what
they learn from VRA "SmartClips", because
many reports and statistics will be
distorted by the September 11th attack,
and their wiliness to jump start another
